Carolina Beach State Park is a jewel on the North Carolina Coast with a unique ecosystem found only within a seventy mile radius of Wilmington NC. There is no better way to experience this natural environment then from a kayak, or paddle board.
Few places in the US are as rich in history as North Carolina’s Cape Fear River and its surrounding waters. The first Europeans discovered the area’s natural beauty and magic and quickly took advantage of it. Discover why Native Americans treasured these rich waters, pirates called the inlets home, and how our nation was shaped along the banks. We’re grateful to be able to paddle these waters and want to share this amazing area with you.
